The Mystery Figure

One more from the What-Were-They-Smoking Department. A silhouette of a female, with a torso of a 25 year-old woman and the legs of a 12 year-old girl. The extremely prominent chin suggests a cross-dressing man, which makes it even more bizarre.

Trumping it all is the strange position the arms are in. They seem to be groping for something, as a blind person would. Or maybe it's a zombie, clawing for any available braiiiinnns.

Could it be a deformed, cross-dressing, blind she-zombie? I don't know, and I don't want to know.
