I saw this one every day for *months* ... it was always on the front page of the site I edit. At first it just made me disgusted and angry, like most Lower My Bills ads.
But eventually, I thought it was kind of awesome. I mean, what the hell IS it? A hippy duck alien rasta cat-in-the-hat monster? Flashing a peace sign? What???
